  • may be they can reorganize their app since it’s pretty inaccurate, and not to mention confusing
  • possibly stretch out bus stops so they don’t stop as frequently — less time being spent stopping which will lead to faster arrival times
  • Add a map that’s live and trackable for accurate arrival times and offers traffic warnings

Commuters need a way to get back home/to school safely and on time. But, the bus is never on time so they’re forced to leave earlier than necessary to reach their desired destination.
